This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made through the Kingdom Gains Co website (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order, you agree to the terms set forth below.


1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, excluding weekends and holidays, after payment has been successfully received.

Processing times may be extended during sales, holidays, or periods of high order volume. Kingdom Gains Co is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.


2. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the shipping destination, order weight, and selected shipping method.

All shipping fees are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.


3. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

  • United States: 5–10 business days

  • International: 10–20 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance

Kingdom Gains Co is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other external factors.


4. International Shipping

International shipping is available to select destinations.

Customers are solely responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by their country. Kingdom Gains Co is not responsible for customs delays or charges.


5. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking details may take up to 48 hours to update.


6. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Kingdom Gains Co is not liable for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an address error, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.


7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Kingdom Gains Co is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen.

For delayed or missing shipments, customers must contact us promptly so we may initiate a carrier inquiry.
